Reuters Health -- Getting teens to put down their phones when they get behind the wheel is no easy task, but a new study conducted by researchers at CIRP and Penn suggests parents may have more luck when they offer cash rewards. If they just tell their teens to stop texting while driving, it won't work, particularly for those who do it a lot, says M. Kit Delgado, lead author.
